$60 (only)
One day: $105 (one 1-day or two ˝ day)
One and half day:
$150 (or a one day
and a separate half day or three half days)
Two days: $200 (two 1-day or one 2-day class)
Three days: $295 (three 1-day, a 1-day and a
2-day)
Four days: $385 (four 1-day, or two 2-day classes)
Five days: $475 (five 1-day classes or a 5-day
class)
Addl. Days: $100 (for each day over 5 days)
